S. 1804 — Presidential Airlift Security Act of 2025

This section prohibits the Department of Defense from using funds appropriated for FY2025 or FY2026 to procure, modify, restore, or maintain aircraft previously owned by a foreign government, an entity controlled by a foreign government, or a representative of a foreign government for presidential airlift purposes.
