S. 183 — Fiscal Year 2025 Veterans Affairs Major Medical Facility Authorization Act

This section authorizes the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to carry out major medical facility projects in FY2025, as follows: (1) construction of a new critical care center and central utility plant, demolition, and renovations to building 500 in West Los Angeles, California, not to exceed $1,460,600,000; and (2) expansion of clinical space for mental health, expansion of parking facilities, and land acquisition in Dallas, Texas, not to exceed $106,400,000. It authorizes appropriations of $1,567,000,000 for such projects to the Construction, Major Projects account for FY2025 or the year in which funds are appropriated.
