S. 1988 — A bill to prohibit the participation of males in athletic programs or activities at the military service academies that are designated for women or girls.

This section prohibits persons whose sex is male—defined as a person's reproductive biology and genetics at birth—from participating in athletic programs or activities (including those provided conditional upon participation with any athletic team) designated for women or girls at the United States Military Academy, United States Naval Academy, and United States Air Force Academy. It permits males to train or practice with such programs or activities so long as no female is deprived of a roster spot, opportunity to participate in practice or competition, scholarship, admission to an educational institution, or any other benefit.
