S. 2069 — Stabilize Medicaid and CHIP Coverage Act

This section expands the 12-month continuous eligibility requirement (i.e., maintaining Medicaid or CHIP coverage for enrollees for up to 12 months regardless of changes in income or circumstances) to all individuals in Medicaid and CHIP (from children under 19 years old), effective the first day of the first fiscal quarter beginning on or after December 31, 2026.
