S. 2105 — Dyess Air Base Access Infrastructure Design Act

This section directs the Secretary of the Air Force to carry out planning and design activities for two infrastructure projects at Dyess Air Force Base, Texas—(1) the Tye Gate project, not to exceed $17 million with planning and design not to exceed 7%; and (2) the Arnold Gate project, not to exceed $12,065,000 with planning and design not to exceed 8%—using amounts otherwise available for such purposes under Air Force military construction accounts.
