S. 2136 — Smart Pricing Practices Permanence Act

This section modifies the pilot program to accelerate Department of Defense contracting and pricing processes, established under Section 890 of the John S. McCain National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2019, by (1) requiring no unique reporting (from minimal reporting) under subsection (b)(2), and (2) striking subsection (d).
