This section (1) adds a new section 3302 to chapter 213 of title 18, U.S. Code, eliminating the statute of limitations for indictments or informations on violations of or conspiracies to violate 18 U.S.C. §951 (acting as an agent of a foreign government without prior notification to the Attorney General), §794 (espionage involving defense information), or §1425 (procuring naturalization or citizenship unlawfully to facilitate a §951 violation); (2) makes a conforming amendment to the table of sections for that chapter; and (3) revises Section 19 of the Internal Security Act of 1950 (18 U.S.C. 792 note) to eliminate the limitations-period waiver for §794 offenses (previously §§792 [harboring or concealing violators of §§793 or 794], 793 [gathering or transmitting defense information], or 794).
