S. 2280 — A bill to transfer administrative jurisdiction over certain parcels of Federal land in Harpers Ferry, West Virginia, and for other purposes.

This section directs reciprocal transfers of administrative jurisdiction over federal land parcels in Harpers Ferry, West Virginia, as generally depicted on the specified map: (1) approximately 25 acres from the Secretary of the Interior to the Commissioner of U.S. Customs and Border Protection for administration as part of the agency's Advanced Training Center, excluding the parcel from Harpers Ferry National Historical Park boundaries; and (2) three parcels totaling approximately 71.51 acres from the Commissioner to the Secretary for administration as part of the park. The transfers require no reimbursement or additional consideration. It further requires the Commissioner to survey the 25-acre parcel at agency expense, correct clerical errors on the map in consultation with the Secretary, and share the survey with the Secretary; and provides that if the Commissioner determines the parcel is no longer needed, administrative jurisdiction reverts to the Secretary for the park, exempt from the park's statutory acreage limitation.
