S. 2524 — Restoring Essential Healthcare Act

This section repeals Section 71113 of Public Law 119-21, which prohibited Medicaid payments to prohibited entities (as defined in subsection (b)(1) of such section). It further requires Medicaid payments for items or services furnished by such entities under state plans (or waivers) from the date of enactment of P.L. 119-21 through the date of enactment of this section as if the prohibition had not been enacted.
