S. 2545 — NCUA Central Liquidity Facility Enhancements Act

This section modifies the capital stock subscription requirement for Agent members of the Central Liquidity Facility (CLF)—credit unions or groups primarily serving other credit unions—by allowing the NCUA Board to determine, in its discretion, which credit unions primarily serving natural persons to include in the calculation (from all such credit unions). (Thus, the minimum subscription of 0.5% of those credit unions' paid-in and unimpaired capital and surplus may be lower than previously required.)
