S. 2777 — Small Business RELIEF Act

This section exempts small business concerns—as defined in section 3 of the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. 632)—from duties imposed pursuant to Executive Order 14257 (90 Fed. Reg. 15041) on goods imported by or for such concerns. It further requires the President to refund, not later than 90 days after enactment, any such duties already paid on those goods.
