S. 2815 — JUSTICE in D.C. Act

This section repeals the Incarceration Reduction Amendment Act and Second Look Amendment Act by amending D.C. Official Code §24-403.03 to instead require the Office of Victim Services and Justice Grants to issue annual grants, beginning in FY2026, of up to $200,000 per grant per year to organizations providing services—including advocacy, mental health, and employment services—to survivors of violent crimes.
