S. 2832 — Native American Entrepreneurial and Opportunity Act of 2025

This section establishes the Office of Native American Affairs within the Small Business Administration (SBA) to foster relationships with Indian Tribes and Native Hawaiian Organizations (as defined in the 8(a) Business Development program); target SBA entrepreneurial development, contracting, and capital access programs (e.g., 8(a)); connect such entities to related federal programs; and support Native business revitalization in Indian country. The office, headed by an Associate Administrator with relevant expertise who reports to the SBA Administrator, may establish alternative work sites (not field offices) in regional offices focused on economically disadvantaged Indian country areas and is authorized to provide grants, contracts, or other assistance for training, counseling, and program access; conduct Tribal consultations; and recommend budgets. The section authorizes appropriations for the office for FY2026 through FY2030.
