S. 2859 — Equal Campus Access Act of 2025

This section prohibits providing funds under the Higher Education Act to any public institution of higher education that denies a religious student organization any right, benefit, or privilege—such as full access to facilities or official recognition—otherwise afforded to other student organizations due to the religious organization's beliefs, practices, speech, leadership standards, or standards of conduct.
