S. 2916 — Long-Distance Corridor Relief Act

This section modifies a criterion for the Secretary's selection of intercity passenger rail corridors under the Corridor Identification and Development Program by excluding committed or anticipated non-Federal funding for operating or capital costs from consideration for any corridor on a long-distance route. (Previously, such funding was a selection factor for all corridors.)
