S. 2919 — PCAOB Enforcement Transparency Act of 2025

This section revises Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) procedures for hearings in investigations and disciplinary proceedings against registered public accounting firms and associated persons to require such hearings to be open to the public unless the Board, on its own motion or after considering a party's motion, orders otherwise.
