S. 3030 — Pay Our Military Act of 2025

This section provides continuing appropriations for fiscal year 2026, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to provide pay, allowances, individual clothing, subsistence, interest on deposits, gratuities, and permanent change of station travel to members of the Armed Forces (including reserve components) performing active service, and to provide pay and allowances to supporting civilian personnel and payments to supporting contractors of the Department of Defense and the Department of Homeland Security (for the Coast Guard), during any period in which interim continuing appropriations or full-year appropriations for fiscal year 2026 are not in effect. Expenditures under this section are charged to the applicable appropriation, fund, or authorization once enacted.

This section terminates appropriations and funds made available, and authority granted, under this Act on September 30, 2026, or upon enactment into law of appropriations for the agency through September 30, 2026 (including a continuing appropriation), whichever occurs first.
