S. 3072 — No Coffee Tax Act

This section prohibits the imposition of any tariff or duty in excess of the rate assessed as of January 19, 2025, on specified coffee products imported from countries with U.S. normal trade relations (NTR), notwithstanding other laws or emergency tariff authorities. Specified products include (1) coffee, whether or not roasted or decaffeinated; (2) coffee husks and skins; and (3) coffee substitutes containing coffee in any proportion.
