S. 3094 — Pay Our Capitol Police Act

This section appropriates, for fiscal year 2026, such sums as are necessary from any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated to provide (1) standard rates of pay, allowances, differentials, benefits, and other regular payments to Capitol Police officers and employees for work performed during the lapse in appropriations beginning October 1, 2025; and (2) payments to contractors determined by the Chief of the Capitol Police to be supporting such officers and employees. Expenditures under this section are charged to applicable Capitol Police appropriations when enacted and remain available until the earliest of (1) enactment of Capitol Police appropriations for these purposes, (2) enactment of legislative branch appropriations omitting such purposes, or (3) September 30, 2026. This section is effective as if enacted on September 30, 2025.
