S. 3113 — Deporting Fraudsters Act of 2025

This section establishes a new ground of inadmissibility under INA §212(a)(2)(J) for any alien convicted of, who admits having committed, or who admits committing acts constituting the essential elements of an offense involving defrauding the United States government or unlawfully receiving a federal public benefit (as defined in section 401(c) of the Personal Responsibility and Work Opportunity Reconciliation Act of 1996), a state or local public benefit (as defined in section 411(c) of such Act), or conspiracy to commit such an offense. It also establishes a new ground of deportability under INA §237(a)(2)(G) for any alien convicted of such an offense or conspiracy.
