S. 3153 — CLEAR Act of 2025

This section requires the Secretary of Defense, in each annual revision of the list of Communist Chinese military companies under Section 1260H of the William M. (Mac) Thornberry National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2021 (i.e., entities affiliated with the People's Liberation Army that are operating in the United States and subject to related transaction and procurement restrictions), to review for potential inclusion each Chinese entity added during the preceding year to any other U.S. government list of Chinese entities subject to restrictions or scrutiny relating to concerns about their activities or affiliations.
