S. 3184 — Tribal Internet Expansion Act of 2025

This section expands the universal service principles under the Communications Act of 1934 to prioritize support for consumers in Indian country (as defined in 18 U.S.C. 1151, i.e., all land within Indian reservations, dependent Indian communities, and Indian allotments) and areas with high populations of Indian persons (as defined in 25 U.S.C. 5129).
