S. 3343 — Unemployment Insurance (UI) Integrity and Deficit Reduction Act

This section transfers the unobligated balance, as of enactment, of amounts in the fund established by IRC §9006(a) (i.e., COVID-19 unemployment relief funds) to the Employment Security Administration Account of the Unemployment Trust Fund for grants under SSA §306 (42 U.S.C. 506) to states for reemployment services and eligibility assessments programs. (The transferred amounts remain available until expended.)
