S. 3411 — Improving Access to Small Business Information Act

This section exempts actions taken by the Advocate for Small Business Capital Formation under SEC Section 4(i) from treatment as a "collection of information" under the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA, 44 U.S.C. ch. 35 subch. I). It requires compliance with PRA sections 3506(c)(1), 3506(c)(4), 3506(i), and 3507(a)(1)(A) but relieves the SEC of (1) submitting such collections to the Office of Management and Budget, (2) displaying a control number on them or informing recipients of the need for one, and (3) indicating PRA clearance compliance.
