S. 3735 — Prohibit Partisan Park Passes Act

This section prohibits the use of images of living current or former elected officials or other living political figures on the America the Beautiful—the National Parks and Federal Recreational Lands Pass (i.e., the interagency annual pass covering entrance fees and standard amenity recreation fees for federal recreational lands and waters). It revises the heading for the image selection provision from "Image competition for recreation pass" to "Image for recreation pass".
