S. 3772 — Export-Import Bank Reauthorization Act of 2026

This section extends the authority of the Export-Import Bank of the United States (EXIM Bank), which finances and facilitates U.S. exports and imports to support U.S. employment, as follows: (1) extending the Bank's general authority through 2036 (from 2026); (2) extending its aggregate loan, guarantee, and insurance authority through 2037 (from 2027); and (3) extending the Program on China and Transformational Exports through 2036 (from 2026).
