S. 3832 — Small Business Workforce Pipeline Act of 2026

This section authorizes small business development centers (SBDCs) to provide information and assistance to small business concerns—including by disseminating relevant information from the Department of Labor and other federal agencies—on establishing and improving (i) work-based learning opportunities, as defined in the Carl D. Perkins Career and Technical Education Act of 2006; (ii) apprenticeship programs registered under the National Apprenticeship Act; (iii) pre-apprenticeship programs; and (iv) job training programs. (As background, SBDCs deliver management, technical, financial, and counseling assistance to small businesses nationwide.)
