S. 3927 — End Warehouse Detention Act

This section prohibits the expenditure of amounts appropriated or otherwise made available under Public Law 119–21 (1) to purchase a warehouse or to contract with the owner of any warehouse for the purpose of detaining noncitizens; or (2) to repurpose, operate, staff, or maintain any warehouse owned by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) or U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to accommodate the detention of noncitizens.
