S. 3933 — ICE Funding Accountability Act

This section prohibits the expenditure of amounts appropriated or otherwise made available under Public Law 119–21 (1) to pay salaries of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) or U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) agents or officers hired on or after the date of enactment of this Act; or (2) to recruit, advertise for hiring, or pay retention or sign-on bonuses to such agents or officers.
