S. 3984 — United States Commission on International Religious Freedom Reauthorization Act of 2026

This section (1) revises the authorization of appropriations for the U.S. Commission on International Religious Freedom—a bipartisan entity that monitors religious freedom abroad and makes policy recommendations to the President, Secretary of State, and Congress—to $3.5 million for each of FY2026 through FY2028 (from FY2025 and FY2026); and (2) extends the Commission's authorization through September 30, 2028 (from September 30, 2026).
