S. 4036 — AADAPT Act

This section amends the rural health care services outreach, rural health network development, and small health care provider quality improvement grant programs (i.e., grants to expand health care delivery, integrated networks, and quality activities for rural areas, health professional shortage areas, medically underserved communities, and medically underserved populations). It (1) specifies that eligible entities under subsection (a)(1) include public or nonprofit private entities; and (2) adds dementia care to the list in subsection (b) after palliative care.
