S. 4101 — Grocery, Farm, and Food Worker Protection Act of 2026

This section establishes a grant program, administered by the Administrator of the Agricultural Marketing Service, to provide stabilization payments to membership organizations and labor unions representing farmworkers, meat processing workers, or grocery workers in the case of a natural disaster or other disaster, as determined by the Secretary of Agriculture. The section also requires the Secretary to submit a report to the agriculture committees of Congress on the program's outcomes and impacts not later than four years after enactment and authorizes $50 million for the program, to remain available until expended.
