S. 4102 — Delaware River Basin Restoration Program Reauthorization Act of 2026

This section reauthorizes the Delaware River Basin Conservation Program—under which the Secretary provides competitive grants to states and other entities for watershed conservation activities (e.g., water quality protection, habitat restoration) in the basin—through 2033 (from 2023); expands the definition of the basin and basin states to include Maryland (from a 4-state to 5-state basin); and authorizes the Secretary to prioritize grant projects serving small, rural, or disadvantaged communities.
