S. 4156 — GAMES Act

This section expands eligibility under the military adaptive sports program by eliminating the one-year limitation on participation for certain veterans following their date of separation (previously limited to the one-year period following separation). (Thus, veterans on the Temporary Disability Retirement List or Permanent Disability Retirement List who are eligible due to a line-of-duty injury, illness, or wound and were enrolled in the program prior to separation may now participate indefinitely.)
