S. 4209 — TIME for Overdose Justice Act

This section eliminates the statute of limitations under 18 U.S.C. 3282(a) for prosecutions of violations of 21 U.S.C. 841(a)(1)—which prohibits manufacturing, distributing, dispensing, or possessing with intent to manufacture, distribute, or dispense certain controlled substances—or conspiracies to commit such violations under 21 U.S.C. 846, if death or serious bodily injury results from use of the substance (to unlimited from five years).
