S. 4277 — 10 Years of ICE Funding Act

This section provides $100,363,620,000 for U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement operations and support, including the purchase and lease of up to 3,790 police-type vehicles (of which 2,350 shall be replacement vehicles only), overseas vetted units, and maintenance, minor construction, and minor leasehold improvements at owned and leased facilities. This section also provides $5,000,000,000 for procurement, construction, and improvements, including acquisition of additional real property and facilities. Amounts appropriated under this section remain available until September 30, 2036, notwithstanding section 501 of the Department of Homeland Security Appropriations Act, 2026, or any other provision of law limiting the period of availability.
