S. 4296 — IGO Anti-Boycott Act

This section amends the Anti-Boycott Act of 2018, which prohibits U.S. persons from complying with unsanctioned foreign boycotts against countries friendly to the United States (e.g., the Arab League boycott of Israel), by (1) expanding the prohibitions to boycotts fostered or imposed by international governmental organizations, in addition to foreign countries; and (2) requiring the President to submit to Congress and make publicly available an annual report listing such countries and organizations to which the Act applies, along with descriptions of those boycotts.
