S. 4313 — HUMBLE Presidents Act

This section prohibits the use of a sitting President's name, image, likeness, or signature to (1) designate or name federal property or other federal assets; (2) decorate the exterior of such assets; and (3) appear on United States coins, currency, or securities. It further prohibits federal funds from being used for the naming or exterior decoration activities described in (1) and (2).
