S. 4366 — Know Your Labor Rights Act

This section amends the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA) as follows: (1) requires the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) to promulgate regulations mandating that employers post and maintain notices of employee rights under the NLRA in conspicuous physical and electronic locations where employee notices are customarily posted, make the notice text available at no cost on the NLRB website, and notify new employees of such information; and (2) authorizes the NLRB to issue compliance orders and impose civil penalties of up to $500 per violation for noncompliance with these requirements.
