S. 4430 — White House Safety and Security Act of 2026

This section appropriates $400,000,000 for fiscal year 2026, available until January 20, 2029, to the President for design, construction, and related expenses to complete the East Wing Modernization Project, including a secure State Ballroom and visitor screening facility. This section also extends customs user fees by (1) striking “December 31, 2031” and inserting “March 31, 2032” in section 13031(j)(3)(A) and (B)(i) of the Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1985, and (2) making the same date change in section 503 of the United States-Korea Free Trade Agreement Implementation Act.
