S. 4502 — Farm Disaster Tax Cut Act

This section excludes from gross income any crop insurance indemnity payment made pursuant to the Federal Crop Insurance Act (7 U.S.C. 1501 et seq.) for losses occurring after August 5, 2024, and before January 1, 2029. (Thus, such payments are nontaxable for four crop years before the exclusion terminates.)
