S. 64 — A bill to direct the United States Postal Service to designate a single, unique ZIP Code for Fairlawn, Virginia, and for other purposes.

This section (1) states the sense of Congress that the unincorporated community of Fairlawn in Pulaski County, Virginia, shares ZIP codes with the independent city of Radford, resulting in misallocation of sales tax revenues from electronic commerce to Radford rather than Pulaski County; and (2) directs the United States Postal Service (USPS) to designate a single, unique ZIP code for Fairlawn within 180 days of enactment.
