S. 676 — Stop Funding Religiously Oppressive Regimes Act of 2025

This section directs the President to submit a report, not later than 120 days after enactment, to the Senate Committee on Foreign Relations and the House Committee on Foreign Affairs listing each foreign government that imposes a death sentence or life imprisonment based on credible information concerning (1) anti-apostasy laws prohibiting disaffiliation from a particular religion, (2) anti-blasphemy laws, or (3) laws prohibiting marriage between individuals of different religious faiths.

This section prohibits the United States government from obligating or expending any federal funds to provide assistance to the government of any country identified in the report submitted by the President pursuant to section 2.
