S. 716 — A bill for the relief of Vichai Sae Tung (also known as Chai Chaowasaree).

This section grants permanent resident status under the Immigration and Nationality Act to Vichai Sae Tung (also known as Chai Chaowasaree) as of the date of enactment upon payment of required visa fees and directs the Secretary of State to reduce by one, during the current or subsequent fiscal year, the total number of family-sponsored immigrant visas available to natives of his country of birth.
