S. 876 — Pay Our Military Act of 2025

This section provides continuing appropriations for FY2025, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for any period during which interim or full-year appropriations for FY2025 are not in effect, such sums as are necessary to provide pay and allowances to (1) members of the Armed Forces (including reserve components) performing active service, (2) civilian personnel of the Department of Defense (and Department of Homeland Security for the Coast Guard) determined by the Secretary concerned to provide support to such members, and (3) contractors of those departments determined by the Secretary concerned to provide such support. (Thus, servicemembers and essential support personnel continue receiving pay during a funding lapse.)

This section terminates the availability of appropriations, funds, and authority provided in this Act upon the first to occur of: (1) enactment of an appropriation (including a continuing appropriation) for any purpose funded in section 2; (2) enactment of the applicable regular or continuing appropriations resolution or other Act without such an appropriation; or (3) January 1, 2026.
