S. 965 — A bill to strengthen the United States Interagency Council on Homelessness.

This section revises the authorization of appropriations for the United States Interagency Council on Homelessness to such sums as may be necessary to carry out Title II of the McKinney-Vento Homeless Assistance Act (from $3 million for FY2010 and such sums as may be necessary for FY2011), strikes section 209, redesignates section 210 as section 209, and makes conforming changes to the table of contents. (The Council coordinates federal efforts to prevent and end homelessness across agencies.)
