S.Con.Res. 28 — A concurrent resolution expressing support for the recognition of March 10, 2026, as "Abortion Provider Appreciation Day".

This section expresses the sense of Congress that: (1) Abortion Provider Appreciation Day is recognized on March 10, 2026; (2) communities hosting abortion providers are lauded; (3) Congress is committed to the safety of abortion providers, their ability to provide care, and patients' right to abortion access free from violence, criminalization, or stigma; (4) Supreme Court decisions, the current administration, and antiabortion extremists are condemned for limiting and stigmatizing abortion care; and (5) a future without abortion restrictions is declared, with Congress committed to achieving full access to care free from penalty or stigma.
