S.Con.Res. 4 — A concurrent resolution expressing support for the Geneva Consensus Declaration on Promoting Women's Health and Strengthening the Family and urging that the United States rejoin this historic declaration.

This section expresses the sense of Congress that (1) it affirms U.S. commitments to improving women's health, protecting life and the family under the Geneva Consensus Declaration on Promoting Women’s Health and Strengthening the Family, and applauds signatory countries; (2) the Declaration's principles on women's health, the dignity of every life, and the family remain universally valid; (3) it welcomes opportunities to strengthen support for the Declaration; (4) it will defend the sovereignty of countries to adopt policies promoting women's health, protecting the right to life, and strengthening the family; (5) it will work with the executive branch to ensure the United States does not conduct or fund abortions, abortion lobbying, or coercive family planning overseas, consistent with federal law; and (6) it urges signatories to defend the Declaration's principles.
