S.J.Res. 105 — A joint resolution redesignating the Robert E. Lee Memorial in Arlington National Cemetery as the "Arlington House National Historic Site".

This section (1) redesignates the National Park Service site previously dedicated as a memorial to Robert E. Lee—known as Arlington House, the Robert E. Lee Memorial—as the Arlington House National Historic Site; (2) deems any references in federal laws, regulations, maps, documents, or records to that site as references to the Arlington House National Historic Site; and (3) repeals the joint resolutions of June 29, 1955 (P.L. 84-107), and June 30, 1972 (P.L. 92-333), that established and amended the Lee memorial designation. (As background, Arlington House is the historic Custis-Lee mansion overlooking Arlington National Cemetery, which preserves the home and grounds associated with Robert E. Lee and earlier Custis and Washington family members.)
