S.J.Res. 137 — A joint resolution providing for congressional disapproval of the proposed foreign military sale to the Government of Israel of certain defense articles and services.

This section prohibits the foreign military sale to Israel of 10,000 BLU-111 500-pound general purpose bombs (major defense equipment), as described in Transmittal No. 26-00 submitted to Congress pursuant to section 36(b)(5)(C) of the Arms Export Control Act and published in the Congressional Record on March 12, 2026, along with related elements of logistics and program support.
